Change of Arctic Sea Ice Extent

This is an interactive streamlit app which tells the data story of vanishing arctic sea ice due to the climate crisis. A few such pages exist already, this one helps understanding when minimum and maximum extents are observed – usually mid September and mid March, respectively (this was not that obvious before I started working with these data, I was expecting summer melt to be at its maximum in August, not mid September).
